Answer

The pipeline currently uses the following small RNA libraries from the source given below:

  1. miRNAs from miRBase version 21
  2. tRNAs from gtRNAdb
  3. piRNAs from RNAdb
  4. Annotations from Gencode version 21 (hg38), version 18 (hg19), version M4 (mm10)
