Answer
The pipeline currently uses the following small RNA libraries from the source given below:
- miRNAs from miRBase version 19
- tRNAs from gtRNAdb
- piRNAs from RNAdb
- snoRNAs from snoRNA-LBME-db
- snRNAs and other RNA families from RFam
