The Genboree Microbiome Toolset provides an interactive environment for both novice and savvy users in which to conduct 16S rRNA microbiome analysis. The Toolset drives hypothesis generation by providing a wide range of analyses such as alpha diversity and beta diversity, phylogenetic profiles, supervised machine learning, and feature selection, via an intuitive and easy to use web-based GUI environment. The Toolset will continue to be upgraded and incorporated with additional third party tools in order to provide both analysis capabilities and computational resources to the microbiome research community....
