- Added new roll back feature where a request is blocked temporarily if a file is rejected. The request processing is resumed once the file related deficiencies are remedied.

- Deployed library support to sync the site and the hub data when the sample amount is changed during the Provider Reviewing Sub-Order or(and) Provider Shipping Sub-Order stages of an Order.
- Added a new sample status - not shipped to record any sample cancellation that happend during the Provider Shipping Sub-Order.
- Changed the downloaded metadata file name to contain the timestamp instead of just the date string.
- Fixed a bug at the advanced search page where the filter Biofluid Characterization done was not getting deselected correctly.
- Fixed bugs where the currently shareable field was not accessible from the medium size devices.
- Added several improvements to the text and styling of the common buttons and fields that appear in the Order Submission Form.
- Made the Exhausted toggle in the Provider shipping stage to sync with the shareable amount fields. Related to this change, a new label To ship is used instead of the redundant term shipping requested.

- Removed the New Attachments panel from the Order Submission Form and the Order Info; currently new attachments can be added via the Request Attachments panel.

- Released the last phase of the VBR-Hub application; end to end tracking of an Order is now available.
- Updated sample metadata for the site OHSU (Oregon Health and Science University).
- Added both universal and tissue specific Material Transfer Agreement documents to the Hub.
- Changed the content of the home page with respect to the full VBR-Hub release and the data update received from OHSU.
- Changed code to release user restrictions and updated texts that appear at several places related to the restrictions that existed previously.

- Fixed the order in which the request attachements appear in the Order Info modal.
- Fixed the tristate toggle button for the shipped action that appear in the provider review page; previously the button did not respond correctly after a sample status was reverted after cancelation.
- Fixed several bugs in other review pages and also order info modal; including the correct modal display when the order is ready for a transition; previously this was broken as result of changes in the status of the main Order Info and Submit button.

- Changed the review page bootstrap switches at three stages to be a tristate radio button group. This makes it more obvious that a user can choose 3 states for each of the widget action; this was not supported previously.

- Fixed bugs in the cart review page, including the toggle of the Submit Cart button correctly with respect to the validation done on the sample amount entered.
- Added changes to the sample display pages including the display of the biosample identifiers.

- Added improvements for the order attachments specifically when the attachments include an original file and an associated filled file. The subordinate file is now coupled with the original file which makes the display of the attachments more intuitive.
- Changed how the cancellation feature of the order was supported; it allows cancellation of the order by both the requester and provider during any of the order stages.
- Fixed several bugs associated with the order review pages.
- Added new feature to send email notifications to the user after an order submission and also after each order stage transition.
- Improved the sample metadata update page a provider can make at the Node Management Plugin. The sample list now has additional sample metadata besides the three metadata properties that were previously displayed.
- Removed the count limit that previously existed for sample list display for the hub queries.

- Added two new roles - VBR Demo User and Node Coordinator to the plugin. The former allows test users to review order for the application testing, developing and live demonstration purposes.
- Added a new test node to the Hub Configuration which is used in the context of a test user.
- Created a new event which is notified during the Order and Sub-order updates and the messages generted are written to the message queues.
- Added support for document exchange that are effort and node specific, in addition to the Hub (common) during the various Order stages.
- Added support for the providers to edit sample metadata properties during the Shipping phase of the Order. This feature also allows the providers to connect to their respective Node Management Interface and make sample metadata updates. (Access restricted!)

- Added a new pubMed feature to the order form. A requester can add in research publications to the order form using pubMed ID, PMC ID or DOI string.
- Changed the status time line display of the order history for both the requester and the provider, which is now dynamically retreived from the database. A requester order status will show the timeline of all the individual sub orders.
- Improved the input field display of the cart view and this will display the error when the cart is loaded by default which guides the user to fill in the sample amount.
- Added new feature in the order list pages to cancel a order or suborder that is associated with a provider.
- Changed the Order collection model and library changes to track the requested and approved sample amount.
- Added library support for the last phase of the Order which is limited to restricted users only.

- Fixed a bug associated with the loading of a saved search. Previously, saved search with value terms and attribute value pairs showed incorrect sample count after loading, mainly because of the collission in the asynchronous requests that were made for every individual attribute value pair.
- Improved order context form file attachment component where the effort and provider options are now in sync with the samples in the cart.
- Deployed libraries that are associated with the upcoming release of the review order phase of the application.

- Added new order context form as a wizard that guides the user step by step through the order submission process. This is released as a preview for limited users only.
- Added new file tracking system associated with an order submission. Users can now upload forms and documents specific to an order which will be tracked and processed during the order review. This is also released with restricted access.
- Added new styles for the attributes and values that matches a user query. This makes those terms easily distinguishable from the rest of the metadata terms in the results page.

- Added metadata for new 33,717 samples to the VBR Hub from the Mayo Clinic.
- Updated data-content in the home page for all the information panels and donuts.
- Multiple diagnoses are now associated with a sample. This was not supported earlier and a biosample could only be searched using one of the diagnosis terms. With this functionality a user can query biosamples using multiple diagnoses.
- Deployed libraries that are associated with the upcoming ordering-related deployments that will be released soon for a regular use for a preview.
- Fixed a bug encountered when searching using a keyword or phrase which can be present in multiple attributes of a sample. Previously, this would cause incorrect counts for matched samples as well as false positive matches.
- Added an option to search for Available Samples by creating a pseudo-attribute among the common search terms. This would enable searching samples that are not exhausted and shareable versus all the samples in the biorepository.

- Fixed donuts on the entry page behaving as if they could be used for sample selection. They are not compatible with the plain keyword/key-phrase search on that page and are not selection widgets; this was confusing some visitors familiar with our exRNA Atlas page.
- Added basic Google Analytics tracking to the VBR Hub site, with support from generic code and a little administration UI widget.

- Overhauled the search functionality to be keyword-based rather than starting with facet-oriented search comprised of pairs of attributes and values.
- Added type-ahead support when entering search values.
- Facet-oriented search is now an 'Advanced' mode for searching.
