Disable "Search" while invalid filter info exists

Disable "Search" while:

• Any Column is not selected
• Any Value is empty or blank

Disable means:

• Grey
• No special cursor
• No click event fired

This is a visual indicator that there remains something to decide.

For example, I add my planned 6 filters via 5 (+) clicks. I fill them in from my VPT web page or whatever reference. I forget the 4th Column. I am confused about the results. With this UI feedback, I would not have missed over the 4th Column. (Note how another issue asks for this hint text to be grey, to further aid me in such a case)
