+## Moving submitted documents
+This section illustrates how an SVI reviewer or approver can move a submitted document from one stage to another.
+### Moving Step 2 submissions
+A document that is submitted to Step 2 (_Classification Rules Submitted_) can be moved to the following stages:
+1. Pilot Rules In Prep - step 3 preparation stage
+2. Pilot Rules Submitted - step 3 submitted stage
+
+Use the status tool as shown here to move a document to the desired stage
