The "Documents" tab lets you create and view annotated content that is relevant to the project.

A document consists of a title and a description along with an attached file(s) (if necessary). Thus you can have text-only documents or choose to upload files and then provide additional information about them.

Any type of file can be uploaded as long as it does not exceed 100 MB in size, and common-sense is used with regards to inappropriate content, copyright law, etc.
