This is the area in which you can request additional tools, tool configurations, and other options for your 16S rRNA microbiome analyses.

Hi

Is there a way to delete files yet? I have some files/folders I put in erroneously and would like to clear them out to avoid confusing myself any more than usual! Wasn't sure if you added this feature yet.

Hello Toni-Ann,

Great question. Yes, we have implemented a 'Remove File(s)' tool that allows you to permanently delete files from the databases in which you have Author or Administrator privileges. Here is how you can delete file(s):
  • Drag the file(s) you wish to delete from the 'Data Selector' window into the 'Input Data' window
  • Click 'Data' -> 'Files' -> 'Remove File(s)'
  • Verify that you have the correct file(s) listed in the 'Choose file/folders to delete'
  • Click 'Submit'
  • If you are absolutely positive you want to delete the file(s), click 'Yes'
