The concentrated RNA was converted to cDNA with Megaplex RT Primers, Human Pool Set v3.0, followed by pre-amplification of each cDNA sample using Megaplex PreAmp Primers, Human Pool Set v3.0 (Life Technologies). MiRNA expression was quantified using TaqMan Low density Array (TLDA) Human MicroRNA A+B Cards Set v3.0.
